Come see the spices growing -  vanilla, vanilla especially, but also pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, turmeric and ginger and cardamom, cultivated and cured by our native Fijians.  We demonstrate and give you to taste. We talk about how these plants grow, and how to use them in cooking.

Then our adjoining Nature Garden where tropical exotics grow in abundance. Native guides lead the walk where you learn of indigenous island foods, fruits, vegetables, flowers, dye plants, weaving materials and medicinals.  Taste the foods when they are in season, and learn how they are used in our native cuisine.
